Six Charged After Multi-Million Pound Cannabis Farm Raid in Mansfield

Six people have been charged following a major police raid on a suspected large-scale cannabis farm in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

More than 4,800 cannabis plants were discovered inside an industrial unit during a Sunday operation on 3 May, in what authorities say was a multi-million-pound cultivation setup.

Those charged include Lanti Avapi (45), Eldis Beneri (34), Robert Ruko (47), Artu Ruqu (44), and Elton Salihasi (41) — all listed as having no fixed address — along with Ardit Gjonaj (37) of Smethwick.

Investigations into the network behind the operation are continuing.
