Tornado Warning Continues for Chicago, Cicero and Oak Park, Illinois

A Tornado Warning continues for Chicago, Cicero and Oak Park, Illinois, until 11:15 a.m. CDT Tuesday, as a dangerous storm showing radar-indicated rotation moves across the area.
The warning covers a large portion of Chicago and nearby Cook County communities. No hail is expected with the storm.
Approximately 2.23 million people, 500 schools and 40 hospitals are within the warning area, according to the National Weather Service.
Residents in the affected area should remain in shelter, preferably in a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building, away from windows.
