Christmas Day horror as taxi ploughs into crowd leaving multiple people injured

The NYPD said in a statement that the car ploughed into a crowd at 6th and West 34th Street, in the middle of Manhattan, just after 4pm on Christmas Day

The FDNY says three people have been rushed to the hospital. 

So far there’s no word on their condition, or what led up to the incident. 

Police said the people who were struck were on the sidewalk.
