Three-year-old child dies in dog attack in New Hope

A 3-year-old child has died after a dog attack in New Hope, according to Don Webster with Huntsville Emergency Medical Services.

Webster says it happened about 5:21 p.m. Friday on T R Christian Road.

Multiple agencies, including the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, HEMSI, New Hope Police, and Owens Cross Roads Police, are currently on the scene.
