Times Square tourist shooter identified as 15-year-old teen

The New York City Police Department has reportedly identified the gunman who shot a tourist in Times Square and then fired on several cops near Radio City Music Hall — and not only is he still on the loose, but he’s also a teenage boy.

Alejandro Rivas Figueroa, 15, had been staying at a migrant shelter on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, according to ABC News correspondent CeFaan Kim, who also writes for ABC 7 New York.
