The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office has identified the 21-year-old as Ryan Stiver

UPDATE | The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office has identified the 21-year-old as Ryan Stiver.

They say he was the only one in the vehicle during the crash.

He was pronounced dead on scene shortly before 9:30am.
