Former football player Shane Tamura fatally shot four people in Manhattan before killing himself, leaving behind a note blaming CTE and accusing the NFL of hiding brain injury risks.

Suicide note found in his pocket blamed CTE, thanked a CTE documentary, and listed prominent neuroscientists.
Tamura, a former high school football player from Las Vegas, expressed grievances against the NFL, alleging it concealed brain injury risks.
He drove cross-country, entered the building with a rifle, and fired in the lobby and on the 33rd floor.
