The shooter has been reported at Building 5231 also known as the 99th Regional Support Command Building

The 99th RSC provides support to Army Reserve units by overseeing base operations, equipment maintenance, personnel administration, and other logistical support tasks. The 99th RSC building on the base serves as the command’s headquarters and main operations center.
