Vermont man arrested in attempted abduction

RUTLAND CITY, Vt. () – Police in Rutland City arrested a man after reports of an attempted abduction.

City police say James Traynor, 70, of Rutland City, was quickly identified as the suspect. He was arrested and is held without bail.
