FBI Offers $50,000 Reward for Texas Capital Murder Suspect Hector Vicente Paguada Paguada
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Hector Vicente Paguada Paguada, a capital murder suspect wanted in connection with the killings of two women in Irving, Texas.
FBI seeks Hector Paguada Paguada
FBI Dallas Special Agent in Charge R. Joseph Rothrock announced the reward as authorities continue their search for Paguada Paguada, who is also known as Hector Matute.
Authorities consider him a fugitive wanted on capital murder charges.
Mother and daughter killed in Irving
The case dates back to January 19, 2024, when Irving police responded to a shooting in the 2000 block of West Irving Boulevard.
Police found Juana Medina Rodriguez, 55, and her daughter Nayeli Bolaños Medina, 23, suffering from gunshot wounds. The mother died at the scene, while her daughter was transported to a hospital where she later died.
Suspect remains wanted
Investigators identified Paguada Paguada as the suspected gunman and issued a capital murder warrant. Authorities previously arrested several people accused of helping him evade law enforcement following the killings.
The FBI is now offering up to $50,000 for information that leads to his arrest and conviction as the search for the Texas capital murder suspect continues.
