Philadelphia Region Turns Drier and Cooler Before Storms Return Sunday

A spotty shower is possible early Thursday across the Philadelphia region, followed by partly to mostly sunny skies as drier air moves into the area.

Humidity will gradually decrease through Thursday and Friday, with highs generally in the upper 70s to upper 80s.

Saturday is expected to be sunny, cooler and much less humid, with highs mainly in the upper 70s to mid-80s.

The pattern changes again Sunday afternoon into Monday, when humidity rises and showers and thunderstorms return across the Philadelphia, South Jersey and Delaware region.
