Several caravans are alight at a storage yard in Oldham, putting more mobile homes at risk as local people report hearing “explosions” at the site.
Firefighters are currently tackling the flames at the yard in Chadderton, where huge plumes of black smoke could be seen for several miles. It is currently unknown what caused the massive fireamid the caravans this evening.
