Libertytown man faces charges after alleged pellet-gun shooting, assault

A dispute with neighbors over loud music escalated into an alleged pellet-gun shooting and physical assault, and criminal charges against a Libertytown man, police said.

Brandon James Uphold, 30, allegedly pointed a pellet gun at two neighbors, fired a pellet that struck one of them in the hand, and later punched and kicked the neighbors during the confrontation, according to charging documents.
