Man killed after being shot outside of Waterbury smoke shop, police say

Waterbury police say a man is dead after being shot in the chest outside 7 Blessings Smoke Shop on East Main Street early Saturday morning.

They say numerous reports were made and, when police arrived on scene, they found a 47-year-old man lying on the road outside the smoke shop with a gunshot wound to the chest.
