Reuters: U.S. missile stockpiles reportedly heavily depleted after months of conflict with Iran

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Internal figures reviewed by Reuters reportedly indicate that the U.S. Army has depleted nearly all of its stockpiles of ATACMS (Army Tactical Missile System) and Precision Strike Missiles (PrSM) during the ongoing five-month conflict with Iran.

The report also states that the United States has used around half of its global inventory of Tomahawk cruise missiles, raising concerns about the country’s military readiness for potential future conflicts.

According to Reuters, the reported depletion has prompted questions among defense analysts about the U.S. military’s ability to sustain deterrence and respond to simultaneous threats from adversaries such as Russia and China.
