HOUSTON, Texas — HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A hazmat spill on the Gulf Freeway has closed multiple northbound lanes near IH-610 South Loop on Tuesday afternoon, according to TxDOT.

TranStar also reported that the three left northbound lanes were shut down due to the spill.
