Potential Impact
Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Whiteriver, Rainbow City, Seven Mile, Turkey Creek, Fort Apache, Canyon Day and East Fork. This includes State Route 73 between mile markers 332 and 341. This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers. West Turkey Creek, East Fork White River and Nash Creek

The warning covers Gila and Navajo Counties in Arizona.
Safety Information
Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will become muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could become flooded as well. Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
