District 38 candidates discuss data centers, school budgets, nursing homes

District 38 covers several counties along the Kansas-Nebraska line, from Red Willow County to Nuckolls County, as well as Clay County and part of Phelps County. Tim Anderson said there are local regulations that new data centers should follow.
