Tornado Warning issued for Pawnee and Rush counties, Kansas until 4:30 PM CDT

A Tornado Warning has been issued for parts of Pawnee County and Rush County, Kansas, until 4:30 PM CDT Wednesday, September 30.

The warning is for a radar-indicated tornado threat. No hail is currently expected.

The warned area includes an estimated 194 people, with no schools or hospitals listed inside the affected zone.

Residents in the warning area should take shelter immediately in a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building, away from windows.
