UK Lotto player wins £2 million jackpot after matching all six numbers

A UK National Lottery player has won a £2 million Lotto jackpot after matching all six main numbers in Wednesday night’s draw.

The winning numbers for the first Lotto draw were 18, 26, 48, 49, 51 and 53, with 33 as the Bonus Ball.

The second set of numbers was 25, 52, 53, 54, 55 and 57, with 26 as the Bonus Ball.

The winning Thunderball numbers were 19, 24, 29, 33 and 36, while the Thunderball was 4.

The latest jackpot win follows Saturday’s £5.8 million Lotto jackpot, which was also claimed by a single ticket-holder. Three other players in that draw each won £1 million after matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball.

National Lottery players are being urged to check their tickets carefully following Wednesday night’s draw.
