Man charged in child pornography case held on $25,000

Barnes set bail at $250,000 surety or $25,000 cash.

Conditions include no unsupervised contact with anyone under 17 and staying away from the location of the wwarrest.

According to court documents, Carroll said he would hire a private attorney. A court-appointed lawyer appeared only for the bail hearing.
