Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Harcuvar and Hope, Arizona; 60 MPH Winds Possible

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for Harcuvar and Hope, Arizona, until 12:00 a.m. MST Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

The storm is capable of producing wind gusts up to 60 mph and penny-sized hail, creating potentially hazardous conditions across the warned area.

The warning also covers a portion of Interstate 10, where strong winds and heavy weather could make travel dangerous.

Approximately 477 people are within the warning area. Residents should move indoors and stay away from windows until the severe storm has passed.
