Tropical Storm Erin Strengthens: Northern Leeward Islands Under Hurricane Watch

Tropical Storm watches were issued on Thursday for the Northern Leeward Islands as Tropical Storm Erin is expected to strengthen into a hurricane by Friday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
