Elias Rodrigues: D.C. shooter identified

UPDATE — Authorities have identified the suspect in today’s shooting outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C. as 30-year-old Elias Rodrigues from Chicago, IL. He is currently in custody, and the FBI has launched an investigation.
