2 dead in second Indiana shooting Saturday night

Two people are dead after a late night shooting on Bissell Street in South Bend. It happened just before 11:30 p.m.

Saturday just south of Coquillard Park. When officers arrived, they found three people had been shot. All three were sent to the hospital, where two later died.

The third remains in the hospital in critical condition. South Bend Police Chief Ruszkowski says detectives are actively searching for suspects. "We're talking to people right now.

I know that they have several people that they are talking to right now, meaning our detectives. There's more detectives and more technicians that are coming in.
