2 teens arrested in connection with August Colorado Springs shooting

Colorado Springs police apprehended two teenagers after warrants were issued for their arrest in a shooting and robbery on Aug. 28, the department posted in a blotter entry.

Zyon Bailey, 18, and Trayvon Bluitt, 19, were taken into custody without incident in the 2600 block of Partnership Point after “brief negotiations”.

No information was provided about their alleged crimes or what led police to believe they were culpable.

Neither had posted their $50,000 bonds as of Thursday evening and no court dates had been set.
