Teen charged with murder for shooting that killed man parked at Rochester, New York gas station

A teen has been charged with murder after he fatally shot a man parked at a gas station on the city's north side last fall, according to the Rochester Police Department.

Police said they responded to the corner of St. Paul and Norton streets around 6:45 p.m. Nov.

18 for a report of a shooting and found Willie Mayhall, 36, with at least one upper-body gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
