Evacuation order lifted, but Gracemont Fire remains an active scene, burning 2,308 acres

The evacuation order near Scott has been lifted, but crews are still battling the Gracemont Fire after it has spread rapidly since Sunday, threatening homes and forcing people to leave.
The Cogar Volunteer Fire Department said more than 2,300 acres have been impacted.
The department also said nine homes, 20 barns, and other structures are total losses, and the area remains an active fire scene as crews continue working to put it out.
Multiple aircraft have been deployed to assist from the air, dropping fire retardant and water.
