Urgent Product Recall Affects Popular Injectable Treatments Shipped Across the US

A recall has been issued for several injectable wellness products after testing found elevated levels of bacterial toxins in an ingredient used during production.
The products, made by compounding pharmacy Centric Compounding, were distributed nationwide through direct shipments to consumers and healthcare providers.
The recalled injections include glutathione, Myer’s Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost products marketed for wellness purposes, including immunity support, fatigue-related concerns, dehydration and general health uses.
The Food and Drug Administration said the affected products may expose patients to risks linked to endotoxins if they are injected.
