Steven Arthur Swanson, 18, pleaded guilty to fatally shooting his 16-year-old brother at their South Hill home. On Aug.

10, 1976, Steven Swanson had become enraged at his brother.

He put a bayonet on an AR-15 rifle, attempted to stab his brother, and then shot him multiple times.
