Arkansas National Guard deploying two Black Hawks for wildfire support

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has ordered the Arkansas National Guard's 77th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade to deploy two UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters with Bambi buckets to the Camden area.

Evacuations and firefighting response

There, the Black Hawks will assist on-scene personnel with wildfire suppression. Two bulldozers and a fire plow, including operators, have also been dispatched to support.

Ten guardsmen will support the wildfire mission near Camden. The two helicopters left at around 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
