Manteca police seek videos after shot fired during football game

Police were looking for witnesses and asking for video of a shooting Friday night during a football game at Manteca High School that sent some people running for cover.

Police said no one was hurt and they've detained three individuals tied to the incident, which occurred as people were fighting outside the football stadium.

That's when a shot was fired in the air near the Winter Gym area. Manteca was hosting the Sept. 11 game against Chavez High School of Stockton.

Six officers were assigned to the game.
