Penticton Vees to honour Summerland wildfire heroes at October game

The Penticton Vees will be supporting heroes of the Summerland area wildfire relief this fall. On Oct.

3, the junior hockey franchise will be hosting a Summerland Strong Night.

That night the Vees will be playing the Tri-City Americans at the South Okanagan Events Centre.

“It’s important for the community to have an opportunity to recognize those who stepped up in a time of desperation.
