3 hospitalized after shooting in east Colorado Springs, police say

– Three people were hospitalized after a shooting early Sunday morning in east Colorado Springs, police said.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, it happened just after 2 a.m. Sunday near South Circle Drive and Airport Road.

Officers arrived to find a woman had been shot. She was rushed to a hospital for treatment, police said.

CSPD said two more people — a woman and a man — with gunshot wounds believed to be related to the shooting arrived later by private vehicles to the hospital.
