Plane makes emergency landing at Springfield-Branson National Airport

A plane made an emergency landing at the Springfield-Branson National Airport Saturday morning.

According to Ren Luebbering, marketing and communications coordinator for Springfield-Branson National Airport, a non-commercial flight alerted the airport at around 8:15 a.m. that it needed to make an emergency landing.

10 people were on board the aircraft and were evacuated to the General Aviation Terminal, Midwest perimeter, Luebbering said.
