Two men employed by Davis Tech arrested for alleged sexual activity with juvenile student

11, 2026 — Two men who were working at Davis Technical College were arrested for the alleged sexual abuse of a minor who was a student.

After Geilman consented to a search of his phone, photos of a sexual nature were found, according to court documents.

Warrants were obtained for Snapchat accounts used by Geilman and the victim, and “multiple images of child sexual abuse were located” on his account.

Geilman, 34, described as an instructor in his arrest document, and Jesse Allen Bloom, 38, described in court papers as a teacher’s assistant who was acting as an instructor for the female juvenile student.
