By Logan Bagett on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 in Northeastern Oregon News Northeastern Oregon Top Stories HUNTINGTON — Residents of the City of Huntington and surrounding areas will have an opportunity to learn about recovery efforts and resources available following the recent wildfires that have impacted the region.
The entire town of Huntington was placed under a Level 3, GO NOW evacuation order earlier this summer in response to the Fox Fire.
On September 19th, a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) will be set up at the VFW Hall, 205 First Street in Huntington.
This will be a centralized location for residents to get information and support, connect with agency partners, and explore resources available to those affected by wildfire.
