Frank Hostetter-Bailey was arrested and now facing multiple Felony charges NEVADA, Mo. (KOAM/KJFX) — Reports of a shooting Monday, September 7, in the 200 block of East Locust St alerted EMS.

The victim was rushed to a hospital. There is no update on their condition. Frank Hostetter-Bailey was still on scene when officers arrived and arrested by NPD.

The Vernon County Prosecuting Attorney has filed the following charges: Hostetter-Bailey is being held on $25,000 cash only bond.
