Driver killed, passenger critically injured in I, Utah-80 rollover

I, Utah — SALT LAKE CITY () — One person was killed and another was critically injured in a rollover crash on Interstate 80.

The single-vehicle crash happened shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday on westbound I-80 near 6200 West, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while the passenger was taken to a hospital with critical injuries. Neither person was wearing a seat belt.
