Arrest made in fatal stabbing incident in southeast Albuquerque, New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, Louisiana — 22-year-old Aidan Gregg-Kriegel has been arrested in connection with the stabbing. He has been charged with murder.

One man is dead and one person has been detained after a stabbing incident Saturday in southeast Albuquerque.

According to a spokesperson with Albuquerque Police, officers were called out to an apartment complex on the 900 block of Louisiana Boulevard SE around 7:30 a.m.

Saturday. A male victim was discovered with at least one stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have detained one person for questioning.
