Josue David Pineda Munoz Accused of Threatening ICE Agents in Texas

Josue David Pineda Munoz, a Honduran national living illegally in the United States, was arrested after allegedly threatening to kill federal immigration agents outside an ICE facility in Texas, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Water Bottle Thrown at Federal Agents

Authorities allege that Munoz repeatedly drove past the San Antonio facility, threw a plastic water bottle toward the agents and later threatened to shoot them.

Investigators identified Munoz using his vehicle information, driver’s licence photograph and social media accounts. He was charged with making a terroristic threat.

ICE Hold Issued

DHS confirmed that Munoz now has an ICE hold, which allows immigration authorities to take custody of him following the completion of the local criminal process.
