Suspect in Fairfield shooting that left 19-year-old dead arrested in San Jose, Texas

Police said the 19-year-old victim was sitting in his vehicle when someone approached and fired multiple shots.The suspect was arrested in San Jose after evading police for nearly a year, police said.

Police identified the suspect as 20-year-old Adonnis Evans. Evans was booked into jail and is facing a murder charge, police said.
