Radar-Confirmed Damaging Tornado Near Hartly, Delaware, Threatens Kenton and Cheswold

A radar-confirmed damaging tornado was reported near Hartly, Delaware, along the Delaware-Maryland state line on Thursday evening.

The dangerous circulation was tracking toward Hartly, Kenton and Cheswold in Kent County, northwest of Dover.

Flying debris could be deadly for anyone without shelter. Mobile homes may be severely damaged or destroyed, while roofs, windows, vehicles and trees could also sustain damage.
