Syracuse: Police Break Up Crowd to Find 13 People Stabbed, Shot, Hit By Cars

Thirteen people were either stabbed, shot or hit by cars, early Sunday morning in Syracuse. 

Police arrived at a large gathering in the street around 12:30 a.m., after receiving reports of gunshots. They entered the crowd and discovered a number of victims at the scene, according to WSYR. 

Two women, one man and one teenage girl were suffering from gunshot wounds, while three women and two teenagers – one male and one female – had stab wounds, according to police.

Three women and one man were struck by cars – police believed they were wounded while trying to flee the scene after the gunshots were heard.
