Deputies: Man charged in deadly Conway-area shooting sought after tampering with ankle monitor

The Horry County Sheriff’s Office said it is searching for a man charged with murder after he tampered with his ankle monitor. A sheriff’s office team responded within the hour and found Willis’ ankle monitor on the floor inside his home.
