2 men accused of assaulting Livingston County deputies during another man’s arrest

Sheriff Tom Dougherty said Nathan May, 27, injured a female victim during an argument Oct. He was arrested, charged with aggravated family offense, assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The incident was reported to deputies Sunday, leading to May's arrest. Dougherty said Bruce May, 52, and Montel May, 25, attempted to obstruct deputies during the investigation and arrest.
