Driver indicted for killing mother, 2 sons in fiery crash

Robert Carmack, 26, has been indicted on the following charges:The crash happened around 3:15 p.m. on May 31 near I-40 and Hollywood Avenue. The impact triggered a multi-vehicle pileup, pushing Cannady’s car into another, causing a full-collision with a tractor-trailer.

Carmack rear-ended a car carrying Tonya Cannady and her two sons, Barry and Scott.
