Former Pinetown fire, EMS treasurer indicted, jailed on $50,000 bond

NCSBI said agents began investigating after learning Draper allegedly withdrew money from the fire department, EMS squad, and combined association accounts without the boards’ knowledge or approval. Draper was arrested and booked into the Beaufort County jail under a $50,000 secured bond.

He is accused of taking an estimated $200,000 in 2024 and 2025.
