One injured in Mason City corncrib fire

The Mason City Fire Department is reporting that one person sustained burn injuries in a corncrib fire Wednesday afternoon. The injured resident received treatment and transportation from Mason City Fire Department paramedics.

The fire occurred at 15756 Spruce Ave. at approximately 1:03 p.m. Another resident was transported by a private car.
