Pottsville man airlifted after stabbing; police describe condition as critical

POTTSVILLE, SCHUYLKILL CO. (WOLF) — A 43-year-old Pottsville man was airlifted to Geisinger Medical Center after a stabbing Sunday night. Officers were dispatched to the area of Centre and Norwegian streets around 8:22 p.m.

Police described his condition as “very critical” and said he was undergoing surgery when they released the information.
